Mentorship

Apply to be a mentor:

Our Commitment

The BOTS Mentorship Program is committed to investing in Black youth who are the leaders of tomorrow.

We will have carefully chosen and matched mentors from the community who will support youth in their career dreams.
The program is open to any young Black and African youth between the ages of 16 – 28 years old. We welcome applications from Mentors who identify as Black and who are interested in supporting the growth goals of youth in our community.

Our goals

  • Career Development:  Help youth plan, develop, grow, and manage their careers
  • Education Support: Aid in bridging the gap between theory and practice
  • Professional Identity: Contribute to understanding what it means to be a professional in the working environment
